Tracy Williams 

Panel Moderator & President of the TCU National Alumni Board

Tracy Reneé Williams is the leader of TraComm Development Group, a boutique consulting firm that helps executives – and those who desire to become one – develop their executive intelligence through communication mastery and a personal approach to leading others.

Tracy is a frequently requested facilitator, coach, program designer, and keynote speaker for Fortune 500 companies; federal, state, and local agencies; universities; and k-12 institutions. Additionally, she coaches individual leaders and their teams. With her transparent, humorous, and at times, edgy style, Tracy shares her personal journey to help leaders successfully navigate their own. She most recently led learning and development efforts at Valence Enterprises, where she designed and launched a membership-based peer community for over 300 Black professionals on track for executive business and cultural leadership roles. Prior to Valence, she worked in leadership development for YPO (formerly Young Presidents’ Organization), Chevron Corporation, and TCU. She’s been nationally recognized for her work with helping leaders lead well.

Tracy serves as President of the Texas Christian University (TCU) National Alumni Board and ex-officio member of the TCU Board of Trustees. She also serves on the Tarrant/Parker Leadership Impact Council for Texas Health Resources and on the Executive Leadership Team for Tarrant Go Red for Women. While she wears many hats, Tracy’s most proud of, and humbled by, being a daughter, sister, auntie, godmommy, and friend. She firmly believes family is where leadership begins and ends, and she’s grateful for the amazing one she has.

Brenda A. Cline is the chief financial officer, treasurer, and secretary of the Kimbell Art Foundation, a private operating foundation that owns and operates the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Cline is an independent trustee and chair of the board of the American Beacon Funds, overseeing 28 equity, fixed income, and alternative mutual funds and serves on the boards of directors of Tyler Technologies, Inc. and Range Resources Corporation, both NYSE-listed companies. Prior to joining the Kimbell Art Foundation in 1993, Ms. Cline was an audit senior manager with Ernst & Young LLP. She is a certified public accountant.

Ms. Cline is a graduate of TCU and serves on TCU’s Board of Trustees. She and her husband, Chad, also a TCU graduate, were honored with the 2007 TCU Alumni Association’s Royal Purple Award, and in 2016, Ms. Cline received the Neeley School’s Bob Bolen Civic Leadership Award and the TCU Distinguished Accounting Alumnus Award. Ms. Cline’s family includes two sons and a daughter-in-law—all three TCU graduates.

Jacquinette Coleman-Eubanks has led an illustrious career guided by the belief that with the right people, anything is possible. Jackie’s passion lies in seeing the potential in ambitious people and forward-thinking companies, and has spent her career bringing the two together to create interconnected systems that grow people, businesses, communities, and economies.

Prior to founding Enterprise Staffing Agency, Jackie worked with the Fort Worth Women’s Business Center as a developer, where she upskilled and trained women and people from minority communities to start their own successful businesses. Two decades ago, she drew on her extensive expertise to found Enterprise Staffing Agency, a market-leading full-service staffing company for medical facilities, hospitals, hotels, resorts, and casinos. Initially, Jackie launched the company with only two employees, herself and Co-CEO Gerrod Coleman. Driven by her steadfast vision for connecting future-forward businesses to unparalleled human potential, the company initially specialized in government staffing. Soon, Jackie expanded Enterprise Staffing Agency’s operations to offer two focused divisions, eMedical and eHospitality, to serve the unique and ever-changing needs of the medical and hospitality industries.

Today, Enterprise Staffing Agency has proudly expanded their offices to Dallas, Texas, and Kingston, Jamaica, and employs over 500 people. Under Jackie’s leadership, it has grown into the largest female- and African American-owned staffing agency in the United States, focusing on workforce solutions in the medical and hospitality sectors. Over the years, Jackie has formed a close relationship with Guatemala and Jamaica through eHospitality, where she facilitates bringing labor to the US on work visas. This partnership has enriched the lives of countless immigrants while empowering businesses to tap into agile, focused, and skilled workforces.

Since the start of her career, social investment has formed a core part of Jackie’s mission, and Enterprise Staffing Agency has a proud history of creating, maintaining, and supporting people-focused developmental projects. In supporting Mission of Hope Kingdom, Jackie has seen to it that Enterprise Staffing Agency has provides countless young people in Jamaica with school supplies, clothing, scholarships, personal hygiene items, and contributions to their annual back-to-school rally. Through their work with Children International, Enterprise Staffing Agency helps to provide children with healthcare, education, and training opportunities so that they can go on to create meaningful changes within their lives and communities. Closer to home, Jackie is dedicated to mentoring girls and young women to empower them with job readiness skills and the confidence needed to realize their full potential.

Jackie currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas, with her twin sons, Luke and Logan, and remains committed to creating transformational workplace solutions that balance the needs of businesses and people by broadening the depth of professional economic opportunities to create a tangible impact on communities, society, and the world.

Terri Janak has driven success on and off the court for years.

As the Executive Vice President of Justin Brands, Inc better known as Justin Boots, Terri is responsible for all operations which include manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, customer service and other departments. Justin Boots also includes iconic brands such as Tony Lama, Chippewa and Nocona.

Before being named Executive Vice President of Justin boots in 2016, Terri worked at Verizon for over 22 years as an Executive and was responsible for all of the company’s operations in the area of printing, national publishing, speculative art, distribution, supply chain, call center and other areas. These duties included end-to-end management of all supply chain, service and support for marketing across the US. She was responsible for implementing state of the art technology to continuously optimize operational efficiencies and exceed annual goals. She also played a key role in the continued development of strategic supplier alliances ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.

After graduating from TCU, Terri was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young and was responsible for leading key audits for Fortune 500 companies.

Along with Terri’s notable accomplishments above, she is also half owner along with another TCU alumni Debbie Reynolds, CPA, for over 35 years of the Benbrook Par 3 lighted golf course, driving range, batting cages and miniature golf course. This facility was THE first driving range for what is now known as “First Tee”.
Terri earned her BS in Accounting from TCU where she was awarded a four-year basketball scholarship as part of the Southwest Conference.
Terri earned an MBA in International Finance as well.

Alexis is a former member of the 2014-2018 TCU women’s tennis teams. She was a three time All-Big XII First Team and during her time, the team was ranked as high as #9! Alexis’ favorite memory was clinching the match against #3 Duke during the ITA Indoor Team Championships to reach the Elite 8. After graduating in 2018, Alexis worked at Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railroad as a Strategic Sourcing Buyer for about 2 ½ years. Currently, she serves as a Senior Consultant at KPMG, specializing in technology implementations.
