Join the TCU community to speak out against sexual violence. Featuring a survivor speak out and keynote by Connie Housley, BSN, RN, SANE-A, CA-SANE, Manager Forensic Nursing Services at JPS Health Network. We encourage faculty, staff, students and community members to attend and show support of survivors of sexual violence.
At Take Back the Night we like to provide survivors an opportunity to speak out and share their stories.
With this year’s in person event we are providing two options to share your story:
1. Share your own story in person at the event
2. Submit your story in this form and a student volunteer will read your story on your behalf. This can be submitted anonymously or you can choose to share your name.
We ask that you try to limit your story to about 3 minutes. We know it may be hard to do so but we want to make sure as many survivor stories can be shared as possible. We will be sharing as many stories as time allows. As a survivor, sharing your story at Take Back the Night allows you to acknowledge your experience with a group that believes you and supports you.
